She says that dead man didn’t actually rape her. But he did penetrate her. Isn’t forceful penetration considered rape? Jane Doe is looking to sue the dead man’s estate. Jane Doe is now 36 years old. Besides the statute of limitations expiring, so did the dead man. He literally got the death penalty. I wonder, can she be charged with manslaughter for giving the dead man a heart attack? We do have a whole penal law on manslaughter and rape.
